About This Role
The Prayer Ministry Leader provides spiritual oversight and coordination for the church's prayer efforts, organizing corporate prayer gatherings and fostering a culture of prayer throughout the church body. This role involves equipping and encouraging volunteers, managing prayer requests with confidentiality, and collaborating with pastoral staff to respond to the prayer needs of the congregation and community.
